#WELCOME

Migration Hub Network

The global network for asylum, migration, and refugee cooperation.

WE GATHER

We gather grassroots organisations doing exceptional work in the field of migration and inclusion in our co-working spaces across Europe, providing them with personalised consulting and mentorship.

WE CONNECT

Our network connects social initiatives and organisations, fostering collaboration and best practice sharing. We bridge the gap of communications between grassroot and multilateral entities: governmental or in the private sector.

WE MATCH

We help scale grassroots initiatives into sustainable entities by offering a tailor made matching system with our partners (NGOs, CSR Departments, foundations, governments, academic institutions) who already do, or want to, support newcomers.

EVENT MANAGEMENT

We bring our network together via key events across Europe throughout the year.

DATA ACCESS

We are currently mapping over 2000 organisations working in migration, inclusion, and refugee support across Europe. Our database will allow you to access information quickly and efficiently, streamlining the global responses to mass migration.

About Us

We focus on asylum, migration, and refugee inclusion through the cooperation between grassroot and multilevel actors at our Hubs.

The Migration Hub Network creates spaces, where social entrepreneurs and organisations meet to design solutions around mass migration. Our network generates physical impact within communities and connects organisations across Europe. This fosters collaboration between actors in the public and private sector in order to transform the challenges surrounding mass migration into opportunities.

Our Migration Hubs identify and host innovative social initiatives and social entrepreneurs working in the field of migration and inclusion and help them thrive. We help scale grassroots initiatives into sustainable entities working to empower migrants from all walks of life, build relationships with other organisations in the field, and match initiatives with our partners (NGOs, CSR departments, foundations, academic institutions) who already do, or want to, support new migrants and refugees.

Social Initiatives

The Migration Hub is always looking for initiatives, who follow our guiding principles of inclusivity and diversity, collaboration, reciprocity and equality. We encourage initiatives not to work in silos and to include newcomers and migrants when creating solutions.

Our Team

Ana Alvarez

Ana Alvarez

CEO and Co-Founder

When I wrote the vision behind Migration Hub, I thought about myself as a migrant. I imagined a world that embraces migrants, societies willing to connect people's ideas and individuals approaching diversity as one of the most important tools for co-creation. I'll be always grateful with my partners, who saw me for more than a foreigner, and saw an opportunity to collaborate.

MHN provides a unique insight into the grassroots level, and by establishing and maintaining solid relations we become a point of reference for the involvement of interested parties from all sectors. Together with our partners, we explore common ground and design sustainable co-operations.
