As the founder of the gGmbH, Ana has established the Network that aims to unite entrepreneurs working in the field of migration and promote more migrants to become entrepreneurs and make examples in innovation. In charge of the operations and the growth of the organisation. With more than 13 years in the corporate, governmental and non-profit sector, Ana has a background in Communication, Human Rights and Peace Education. Mentor, consultant and coach in social innovation and social entrepreneurship.
Communications & Advocacy Manager
Hannah's main task is to shape MHN as a platform for advocacy surrounding migration and entrepreneurship, and to make the movement accessible for all stakeholders. Academically, she is strongly rooted in Human Rights, Peace Research & Conflict Transformation, with a declared motivation to foster change by promoting inclusion and bottom-up innovation. Experienced in communications and PR as well as the non-profit world.
Development & Growth Manager
Laura is responsible for the financial sustainability, expansion and partnerships at Migration Hub Network. Having several years of experience from the UN and civil society, working on gender, digital inclusion and CSR, she has developed a keen interest in the potential of innovation for building inclusive societies and improving the situation of marginalized groups.
Eleonora has experience in the field of education and vocational training through working for a regional TVET programme in Vietnam with GIZ. Her background is in economics with an institutional focus and she is interested in and actively engaging with intercultural communication projects with a specific focus on gender perspective.
As an experienced project manager, Andi has organized several events and festivals, thus gathering experience that helps him keep the Hub operations running smoothly. His time living in Syria helped him develop a deep understanding of the history and culture of the MENA region.
Livia has a MA in Gender and Development from the Institute of Development Studies at University of Sussex. She has been working as a researcher in the field of development and migration across Europe and South Asia. Aside from working with the Migration Hub Network she consults for international organisations.
Personally and professionally, Jascha has always been very interested in issues related to migration, integration and identity. After finishing his studies in Public Policy and Human Development with a specialization in Migration Studies, he joined MHN to dedicate himself fully to these topics, as well as to another passion of his, social entrepreneurship.
Internal Communications Coordinator
Carla has a legal background and is specialized in Human Rights, particularly International Refugee Law, and Humanitarian Aid. Half of her ten years of professional experience were devoted to refugees and migrant’s issues in the non-profit sector. At MHN, she is responsible to keep interaction smooth across all levels of the network. Driven by human connections and hands-on work, Carla also collaborates with other grassroots organizations all over the world in addition to her work at MHN.
Célia is in charge of the event management, enabling to connect communities and organisations. Driven by a real interest in social innovation and social entrepreneurship, Célia decided to use the competencies she developed during her previous corporate experiences within MHN. Her background in webmarketing, data analysis, project management and communication enables her to foster integration and social change.
As the only official office pet, I help our team communicate, encourage interaction, and eat delicious treats.
